Booking
How do I book care?
Press “Book now”, choose a service, your date and time, your neighborhood and your pets. MIMO confirms the final price, and the request appears in My bookings.
Which neighborhoods do you cover?
Right now: Roma Norte, Condesa, Hipódromo, Hipódromo Condesa, Juárez, Polanco, Anzures, Lomas de Chapultepec, San Miguel Chapultepec.
When can I book?
Walks and drop-in visits: any day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, at least 1 hour ahead (the walk or visit must finish by 8:00 pm). Overnight care: on the dates your sitter has open. All times are Mexico City time.
How many pets can I include?
Up to 5 pets in one request. Add them in your account or while booking.
Services and prices
How much does it cost?
Walks: USD 20 / USD 35 per dog for 30 or 60 minutes. Drop-in visits: USD 30 per pet for 30 minutes. Overnight care: USD 40 per pet per night. You see the exact total before you send a request.
Which pets can you care for?
Walks are for dogs. Drop-in visits and overnight care are available for dogs, cats, rabbits and birds.
What happens during a drop-in visit?
A 30-minute visit at your home: food, fresh water, play and any care notes you leave, like medication timing.
Where does overnight care happen?
In your own home. Your sitter stays the night, so your pet keeps their routine.
Payment and cancellation
How do I pay?
Online payment isn’t switched on yet during the private beta, and no card is charged when you request care. MIMO confirms payment details with you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel before care begins. Once care has started, message your sitter.
Trust and communication
How do I talk to my sitter?
Every booking has its own chat. Open Messages to read and reply, including photo updates.
Who are the sitters?
During the private beta, care is provided by caregivers selected by MIMO. Each caregiver’s profile lists the selection steps they have completed (for example an identity check or a trial visit). MIMO does not claim background checks, insurance or certifications.
Who sees my address and home details?
Only you and the sitter assigned to that booking. The sitter’s access ends 7 days after care finishes.
